Dedicated Service We are here to serve you. Our goal is to become the first place you turn when you have any financial questions. We are readily available by telephone and email to quickly answer your questions. At Shakespeare, you will hear a live voice answer the phone when you call.
Quarterly Communication You can expect to hear from Shakespeare every quarter. Even if no changes are necessary, we will call to check in and give you an update. If market conditions or your particular situation dictate, you will be contacted more frequently.
Account Access You have 24-hour access to your account through our password protected website. You can also sign up for immediate email notification when trades are done in your account, as well as electronic delivery of monthly brokerage statements.
Performance Reports To enable you to easily track your investments, we provide quarterly performance reports that summarize how each account performed during the quarter. This statement can be emailed to you or sent regular mail.
Monthly Newsletter Each month we send you a newsletter, which discusses timely financial issues to keep you informed and on top of the latest news.
Monthly Statements Your selected custodian mails monthly statements directly to your home or business, or delievers it via email.
